bpost is taking its Saintnicolis back on the road to give young and old alike a great experience!
The Sinterkluis/Saintnicolis will be touring 15 Belgian cities between 6 and 30 November. Children can post their St Nicolas letters in this magical parcel locker in his signature colours to immediately get a reply along with a bag of goodies*. The Holy Man has also asked bpost to reopen the traditional St Nicolas office for all the children who cannot make it to the Saintnicolis in person. When they post a letter to St Nicolas they will get a reply before 15 December.
Monday 4 November 2024Last year, St Nicolas was over the moon with our magical new way of connecting with Belgian children during his festive season. He has now charged bpost with delivering a bigger and better experience this year. That’s why the Enchanting Parcel Locker will be visiting even more strategic locations across the country. Shopping centres, Kinepolis cinemas and train stations have been selected because of their accessibility, so that as many families, nurseries and primary schools can enjoy this unique experience.

A magical experience elevated by celebrated partners
To make the St Nicolas adventure even more magical, everyone who posts a letter through the Saintnicolis letterbox will receive a surprise package. This year’s joint St Nicolas/bpost initiative is once again supported by a number of prestigious partners. Lego, Elmex, Lotus, Standaard Uitgeverij, Twist & Drink, Trendy Foods, Spa Fruit and Hansaplast help put a smile on the face of all St Nicolas fans and their parents.
Le secrétariat de Saint-Nicolas : une tradition qui perdure
St Nicolas office: an enduring tradition
The Holy Man also brings magic to those children who cannot make it to the Sinterkluis/Saintnicolis. They can send their personal St Nicolas letter – no stamp needed – to the following address:
Saint-Nicolas
rue du Paradis 1
0612 Ciel.
The Holy Man’s assistants will reply to every letter received before 15 December, so all letter writers will be able to enjoy their own St Nicolas experience at home. There is one important precondition: the return address must be written clearly and in full on the back of the envelope.
Nursery and primary school teachers can also write one letter with all the children in their class, enclosing their works of art. St Nicolas will send a reply to the whole class.
* How does it works ?
- The children should go to the magical parcel locker, the Saintnicolis, at the time and on the date stated with their letter or drawing for St Nicolas.
- When they pop the envelope through the letterbox, one of the doors will open to reveal a letter and a bag of goodies.
