bpost resumes parcel shipments to the United States… just in time for Christmas gifts
Starting Monday, 8 December, residential customers in Belgium will once again be able to send parcels to the United States. bpost has implemented a new procedure to comply with recent US customs requirements, allowing for the resumption of this service just before the holiday season.

bpost adapts its tariffs for 2026
From 1 January 2026, bpost will adjust its stamp and parcel tariffs in order to continue offsetting the structural decline in mail volumes, which is becoming more pronounced every year (~10% less per year) and will be further accentuated by the requirement for electronic invoicing in 2026; the increase in costs linked to inflation; the rise in wage costs and the strong seasonality of demand. These price adjustments are essential to guarantee a high-quality and economically viable universal postal service.

Woosh chooses Dynahealth for the fulfilment and delivery of recyclable diapers
With Woosh, Dynahealth gains an important new client. The recyclable diapers from the Belgian company are already used daily by thousands of childcare centres. Active Ants introduces its first AI-powered robotic arm
Active Ants aims to accelerate its growth as a highly automated and trustworthy fulfilment expert. This involves adopting new technologies. At the Active Ants warehouse in Dorsten (Germany), a first AI-driven robotic arm for picking was successfully introduced. The robot can pick up to 600 parcels per hour and is capable of learning from its mistakes. The robot will be further deployed at other Active Ants facilities across Europe.

The Sinterkluis/Saintnicolis by bpost brings magic once again to every corner of the country
This year again, Saint Nicholas is counting on bpost to help him receive all the letters from his fans — and most importantly, to reply to them. The Sinterkluis/Saintnicolis, the enchanting red-and-gold bbox of the Saint, is once again travelling across Belgium, making the eyes of young and old sparkle. In addition, the Saint has asked bpost to ensure the traditional Saint’s Secretariat for all children who cannot reach the Sinterkluis/Saintnicolis in person. When they send a letter by post to Saint Nicholas, they will receive an answer before December 15.

bpost installs 240 bbox lockers at Lidl supermarkets
The bbox network is expanding rapidly: bpost installs up to 12 new bbox lockers every day. By placing many of these at frequently visited locations such as supermarkets, bpost is responding to customer needs. As a result, bpost and Lidl have recently reached the milestone of 200 bbox lockers at the supermarket chain and are aiming for 40 more in the next weeks.
