Small formats, big emotions: bpost unveils its 2026 stamp collection

On 28 November, bpost presents its 2026 stamp collection, a celebration of Belgium’s great stories told on miniature canvases. The new collection takes you on a journey through art, heritage, and the memorable moments that shape the Kingdom.

The 2026 collection proves that the biggest stories are sometimes told in the smallest spaces. Each stamp is a window into a universe, a travelling work of art.

5 experiences you don’t want to miss in 2026

1. Warhol in your letterbox. Pop Art lands on your envelopes! Ten iconic works,  including those of the legendary Andy Warhol, are brought together in a unique art booklet. A rare opportunity to own a piece of this revolutionary artistic movement.

2. Hats off to the artist! Dive into the extravagant world of internationally renowned Belgian milliner Elvis Pompilio. Five of his most memorable creations, worn by stars and royal families, are turned into miniature artworks for your envelopes. Fashion has never been this accessible.

3. Listen to nature. The woodpeckers in our forests have a message for you. Thanks to an integrated QR code, the new stamps dedicated to Belgium’s picids let you hear their characteristic drumming. An immersive experience connecting paper to wildlife.

4. A royal birthday. Princess Elisabeth turns 25. To celebrate the heir to the throne, bpost will unveil a modern, vibrant portrait — revealed only as her birthday approaches. A tribute to the new generation of monarchy.

5. Goal! The world of football on a… round stamp! As the world vibrates with excitement for the Football World Cup, bpost marks the moment with a special issue.

A collection that tells the story of Belgium

Beyond these highlights, the 2026 collection is a journey through what has shaped, and continues to shape, Belgium: its railway history with 100 years of SNCB, its scientific excellence through a tribute to inventor Paul Janssen, its social engagement with stamps dedicated to the King Baudouin Foundation highlighting those five concrete forms of giving.
