Extension of collective labor agreement measures in 2025

Extension of collective labor agreement measures in 2025

Today, an agreement was reached with bpost to extend the validity of the current collective labor agreement (2023-2024) until a new agreement is reached.

As before, this agreement provides certain guarantees for both employees and the company itself. Management confirms the preservation of employment in the company until June 2026 and the possible payment of a non-recurring bonus based on performance in 2025.

Chris Peeters, CEO bpostgroup: "This collective labor agreement offers guarantees for both the employees and the company. With this extension, bpost guarantees quality employment for all its employees despite the challenging financial context, while also ensuring that bpost can remain a healthy company capable of responding flexibly to the expectations of customers and citizens, as well as the necessary transformation ahead. "

This agreement also means that social dialogue in the company is resumed.
