New collective agreement approved (2014-2015)

The management of bpost and the social partners today unanimously approved in the joint committee a new collective agreement for 2014-2015. The new collective agreement meets the expectations of both parties.

As in the previous collective agreement, arrangements have been made for the possible payment of a non-recurring bonus linked to the results in 2014-2015.
A series of measures have also been agreed to improve the auxiliary postman system, with facilities with regard to meal vouchers and the end-of-year supplement.
